Week XIV / XV Assingment

Interpreter of Maladies is a book which consists of nine short stories writeen by the author Jhimpa Lahiri.The main themes of the interpreter of malaides is communication. Mr. Kapasiwho is the intrepeter of malaides has difficulties with communication. He las lost its ability to communicate with his wife.But how can a marrige live if it has not communication betwen the partners?
Every time a character fails to see the truth about another person. The two peopleromanticise each other,althought in different ways.  Mr. Kapasi sees Mrs. Das as a lonely wife who could be a perfect conpanian to his lonelliness. She dismisses her children desires.  It is very important to sit and talk about them and the way how the think about each other. Another theme I think migh be motherhood. I personally think that Mrs.Das dont show how much loves her doughter. Mr.Das and Mrs.Das bickered about who shuold sent the girl to the toilet. Mrs.Das sent her there but she dors not hold her  little hand of her doughter.  He doe not seem as a ideal mother who loves her doughter maybe she loves her so much but she doe not show that.
