Assignment 3 - The yellow wall-paper

The yellow wall-paper is a short story, written by Charlotte Perkins Gilman in the late 19th century. The story is about a woman
whose name is not told during the whole story. He suffer from ane illness and  this suffering from what her husband has told her is a nervous depression. John is her husband and he is also a physician and according to her John doesn't believe her. The solution of John is to rent a house for three months,he takes his wife an keep her in a room. Just think  if you were trapped in a room with anything to do I think wouldnt you see it like  an stupidity. We see in the first of the story that she is suffering from depression and keeping it inside the hose can't cure it. the room has yellow wallpaper. If you know the colors the yellow color symbolize happiness and positive that is clearly the opposite of how she feels. It is a moment that is a bit  icky when Johns refers to her wife as a little girl, my little goose. Those words tells as how she was treated in the hand af a man like a object as he can do any thing with her.
The yellaw wall-paper iliminates the challenges of being a waman of ambition in the late 19th century. Where all wamen were seen as vunerable, had to dess well, had to care for their childrenand the most important they had not highter eduacion and also they stay all the time at home. This story is a beautiful one but olso a old one because it is written in the 19th century.
